Agartala: Oct 29: Two young men were injured at a drug rehabilitation center after allegedly being pushed from the second floor. This incident has raised serious concerns about the facility’s safety practices and the quality of care provided. Reports suggest that the center has been criticized for offering substandard services, which could contribute to the alarming incidents occurring within its premises.

Witnesses have claimed that the young men were involved in a dispute that escalated, leading to the alleged push. However, the owner of the rehabilitation center has presented a different explanation, suggesting that the injuries may have resulted from an accident rather than intentional harm. This conflicting narrative has left many questioning the center’s accountability and transparency regarding its treatment protocols.

This incident is not isolated; similar reports of violence and neglect have emerged from the center in the past, yet authorities have failed to take significant action to address these recurring issues. The lack of oversight raises concerns about the welfare of vulnerable individuals seeking help for addiction.

As the investigation unfolds, advocates are calling for stricter regulations and accountability in the rehabilitation sector to ensure that such facilities provide safe, effective care. The well-being of patients should be the top priority, and ongoing incidents highlight an urgent need for reform in the way rehabilitation centers operate.
