According to him, Janata Party emerged out of the National Congress during the Emergency. That party was supported by RSS. He claimed that at that time Congress was in power at the center in the style of BJP government. But now the Congress has entered the field to remove the BJP government from the country. The political circles think it is natural to doubt the future of the Indi alliance due to this wavering of Manik Sarkar.

Politburo member and former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar said in a meeting organized at Agartala Town Hall today on the occasion of death centenary of Mahatma Lenin, the RSS-backed BJP-led government is in power in the country. Moreover, behavior is in the thinking of the BJP government.

According to him, Lenin’s teachings are relevant today. Lenin’s teachings must be applied today. BJP has to lose strategically. RSS-BJP must be ideologically separated from the people. They have to be defeated in the battle of votes.

On this day, speaking on behalf of the Indi alliance, he said that Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s departure from the party will not affect the alliance. Because, there are 27 political parties in the Indy alliance. According to him, the Janata Party emerged after the breakup of the National Congress during the Emergency. That party was supported by RSS. He claimed that at that time Congress was in power at the center in the style of BJP government. But now the Congress has entered the field to remove the BJP government from the country.
