Keep track of who is present in the office with the attendance book of the employees. But as many employees were absent from the office, the minister was extremely unhappy. Later he faced the media and said that he came on a surprise visit. On inspection, he noticed that most of the employees do not come to the office on time. Officials of the department have been directed to take action against them. He lamented that no one is working in this office as his own. The office is very dirty. On witnessing such irregularities, he gave strict instructions to the office official to take action. The minister also said that the government appoints employees to provide services to the people. But they don’t come to the office, they just sit and chat and talk politics. The minister instructed the employees to get out of that habit. But needless to say, if you somehow get a job, some employees don’t have the mentality to work for the people. It can be seen when you go to the offices. People have to go door to door to get any facility. Even if the shoes are torn, it does not work.

They come to the office as they please. When they came to the office they got involved with political organizations to work near home. These allegations grabbed the headlines of the news media, but the majority of the employees did not regain consciousness, most of the time they sit in the office of the employees’ organization and think about how to put pressure on the government to increase the DA. The biggest issue is the skyrocketing prices of fish in the markets of the state. The department has no aim to bring under control. The sub-divisional administration has to flee to the market. Formalin fish is scattered in the market. People are suffering from illness after eating poisonous fish. So even if it comes in the headlines, the office is in an Aquarian slumber. So the minister went on a surprise visit and came to see the reality of the employees of the department.
