The Budget Session of the Legislative Assembly is on July 7

Agartala July 1: The budget session of Tripura Legislative Assembly will begin from July 7. The second budget session of the Thirteenth Legislative Assembly will sit for a total of 4 days. BAC committee meeting was held on Saturday.

It was unanimously decided in the meeting that the session will be held for four days. Biswabandhu Sen, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, told reporters after the meeting of the BAC committee that it was initially decided that the session would be held for three days.

 

The demand of Birdhis was that the session should be held for 5 days. It was unanimously decided in the BAC committee meeting that the session will be held for a total of 4 days. The session will start from July 7, July 8 and 9 holiday. The session will be held again on July 10 and July 11 holiday. The retrial session will be held on July 12 and 13.

 

Two bills will be tabled in the session. The bills are Tripura Goods and Services Tax Bill and Tripura Appropriation Bill. The budget will be presented in the session. The budget will be discussed. The budget will be presented on July 7. BAC Committee member Vice President Ram Prasad Pal, MLA Rampada Jamatia, Chief Constable Kalyani Roy and others were present in the BAC committee meeting today. The proposed budget will be voted on the last day of the Assembly session.
