During the visit, Dr. Saha enquired in detail about Roy’s current health condition and reviewed the medical arrangements being made for his advanced treatment outside the state. Being a medical professional himself, the Chief Minister offered expert advice regarding the course of treatment and recovery, reassuring the family that the state government would extend all possible assistance to ensure the best healthcare support.

He interacted with family members, discussing the medical consultations already undertaken and the next steps planned for specialized care. Dr. Saha emphasized that the government stands firmly beside public representatives and citizens during times of health crises, and that necessary coordination would be facilitated to avoid any inconvenience in accessing treatment facilities.

Local residents and party workers present during the visit appreciated the Chief Minister’s personal gesture. Many observed that his outreach reflects a compassionate approach to governance, where leadership goes beyond official duties to provide moral support and reassurance in difficult times.

The visit also underscored the administration’s commitment to the welfare of elected representatives serving at the grassroots level. By personally checking on Roy’s health and assuring comprehensive support, the Chief Minister conveyed a message of solidarity and care.

Residents described the gesture as both humane and encouraging, noting that such personal involvement strengthens public trust and reinforces the government’s commitment to the well-being of the community.
