Agartala: Feb 24: The Higher Secondary and Secondary Examinations for the 2025 academic year, conducted by the Tripura Board of Secondary Education, commenced today. On the first day of the Higher Secondary examination, exams began at notable institutions, including Bishalgarh Higher Secondary School and Karuimura Higher Secondary School in the Bishalgarh sub-division, synchronizing with the rest of the state.
A total of 600 students from seven schools within the Bishalgarh sub-division are taking the exam at this center. This information was relayed to the media by Ujjwal Das, headmaster of Bishalgarh Higher Secondary School. All preparations have been completed to ensure that the examinees can take their exams in a peaceful and undisturbed environment.
To alleviate discomfort for parents and guardians, Bishalgarh MLA Sushanta Deb has introduced an initiative called “Prashant Niloy.” This initiative provides comfortable seating and access to drinking water, ensuring that parents and guardians do not have to stand in the scorching sun while waiting. The initiative has been positively received by parents and guardians.
Additionally, officials from the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) district have extended a warm welcome to the examinees by showering them with flowers and applying sandalwood paste on their foreheads before entering the exam hall. Arrangements in Bishalgarh aim to create a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere for the students. To facilitate timely arrival at the exam centers, MLA Sushanta Deb has arranged for auto-rickshaws at the Bishalgarh motor stand.
