Two Arrested in East Agartala for Drug Trafficking

Police from East Agartala Police Station have arrested two youths accused of drug trafficking. The arrested individuals have been identified as Raja Saha and Arjun Debnath. According to the Officer-in-Charge of East Agartala Police Station, cases under the NDPS Act are pending against both individuals, who had been absconding for a long time.

Raja Saha and Arjun Debnath were apprehended during an operation conducted on Friday. Two cases are pending against them, and a vehicle used for smuggling drugs has been seized. The arrests took place in the Collegetila area on Friday afternoon. On Saturday, the police produced the arrested individuals in court and requested police remand.
