Election Update: BJP’s Biplab Kumar Deb Takes Early Lead

Agartala: June 04: As the first round of counting concluded, BJP candidate Biplab Kumar Deb surged ahead by 5010 votes in Mohanpur 2. Meanwhile, Congress candidate Ashish Saha faced a deficit, trailing by 632 votes.

In another constituency, 8 town Baradowali, Biplab Kumar Deb maintained his lead, securing 3668 votes. However, Ashish Saha continued to lag behind, with a margin of 2406 votes.
