The police found inconsistencies in their conversation. Later, the police took the six people, including an Eco car, to New Bazar police station for questioning. Through interrogation, it is known that four of the six are Bangladeshi Rohingyas. It is known from them that they have come to Agartala Badharghat station by train from outside the state. They contacted a broker named Babul Das over phone and informed that they have come to Tripura. The Bangladeshi Rohingya left Agartala railway station for Tirthmukh Mandir Ghat around four o’clock in the morning on Thursday after booking a car through that broker. The vehicle transporting the Bangladeshi Rohingyas easily crossed many police checkpoints on the road from Agartala to New Bazar, keeping the intelligence department of the state security administration in a state of sleep. Finally, the police of New Bazar police station managed to arrest four Bangladeshi Rohingyas along with broker Babul Das. The arrested are Zikur Rahman, Kamal Hossain, Mohammad Saker, Rehmina Begum, Babul Das, Dalal Biplab Dey. The police impounded the Echo car number TR 01 AX 0492. As soon as the news of Bangladeshi Rohingya detention spread, there was excitement in the new market.
