Today 5th May is the holy Buddhist Purnima Buddhist Baisakhi Purnima is the commemorative day of the three events of Gautama Buddha’s birth, enlightenment, and Mahaparinirvana (death). On this day, Buddha Puja, lamp lighting, religious discussion meeting, collective prayer, discussion meeting are held in the temple.
