13 leaders left Tipra Motha party and joined BJP.

Once upon a time Tipra Motha emerged as a new force in Tripura politics. However, as the Lok Sabha elections are approaching, the turn of parties is increasing in the state.
13 leaders of Tipra Motha left the Tipra Motha party and joined the BJP in an organizational meeting organized at the BJP state office on Saturday, June 17. Among them, state president Rajeev Bhattacharya, MP Revati Tripura, minister Vikas Debvarma handed over the party flag to them. Day by day the Tipra Motha Alliance is breaking down as members are leaving their party and joining BJP one by one.
