Ampi, 28th of March 2024. On the auspicious occasion of 34th Unit Raising Day the officials of 124 Bn CRPF have conducted a generous blood donation camp today. Initiative taken by Shri Mukesh Tyagi, commandant of 124 Bn CRPF has organized this blood donation camp at Unit Headquarter in consultation with Red cross Society Agartala, Tripura, On the occasion of 34th Unit Raising Day of 124 Bn CRPF  officials have conducted a plantation drive too. During this noble cause 38 personnel of different ranks of 124 Bn CRPF have donated their blood. Shri Mukesh Tyagi, commandant 124 Bn CRPF has mentioned that blood donation is an appreciable noble job and it has not any harmful affect to donor body. He said that his Unit is regularly organizing blood donation camp for the betterment of the society. Apart this blood donation camp the unit has contributed some additional social works too. As per the report of the battalion commandant, 34th unit raising day will be celebrated on 1st April 2024 with due respect & dignity. He more added that on this occasion it is the best way to serve and make contribution for the society. He has also assured that this type of noble social works will be continued in the year to come by his Unit. The unit has managed much quantity of blood through this camp which will be helpful for many helpless patients.
