Also arrested is a drug smuggler from outside the state. Name of the arrested person is Nazrul Islam (30), father Ataur Rahman. His house is in Kathaltali area under Bazarichhara police station of Karimganj district of Assam. It is known that on the basis of secret information, the police of Kadamtala police station and soldiers of the 29th battalion of Assam Rifles have been sitting in Utpet on the Tripura-Assam border area of ​​Kadamtala police station area since Monday morning. However, no success emerged from there. Finally, police and Assam Rifles soldiers arrested a young man named Nazrul Islam from Ward No. 5 area of ​​Par village panchayat of Kalagang. Later, 102 grams of heroin stored inside eight soap boxes were recovered from him. A smuggler with heroin was arrested in this operation. A Pulsar bike bearing TR05D/4777 was also recovered.
