Sushanta defense against Sudip

Agartala: June 21: Former Health Minister and Congress candidate in the by-election Sudip Roy Barman was attacked by miscreants at Ujan Abhaynagar in Agartala Assembly constituency on Sunday night. Party workers rushed him to ILS Hospital from the spot.On his return from the hospital, Sudip Roy Barman held a press conference on Tuesday. On the same day, BJP leader and Information and Culture Minister Sushanta Chowdhury also held a press conference at the party office in Krishnanagar.Minister Sushanta Chowdhury showed the video footage at the press conference and said that the Congress boys were seen carrying Sudip Roy Barman with sticks. No pictures of the attack on them were captured. From there, Sudip Roy Barman was admitted to ILS Hospital late at night. Sushanta Chowdhury again mentioned that he was staging a play saying that he was injured.
