Indian Bankers Association Chairman Atul Kumar Goyal arrived
Agartala: Aug 04: Atul Kumar Goyal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Punjab National Bank and Chairman of Indian Bankers Association, arrived from Delhi and visited Tripura Grameen Bank head office today.SLBC General Manager Sakshi Gopal Saha, General Manager Bikramjit Shome, PNB DGM Anand Kumar, AGM Subrata Roy were present there. Heads of various departments of Tripura Grameen Bank were present along with the staff and officers. He also participated in the meeting of SLBC today. Shri Satendra Singh, Honorable Chairman of Tripura Grameen Bank, welcomed Mr. Goyal with a wreath. Atul Kumar Goyal took part in a frank and lengthy discussion with the officers.In his welcome speech, Satendra Singh, Chairman of the Bank, summarized the overall status of the Bank. Mr. Goyal praised the success of Tripura Grameen Bank in the socio-economic development of Tripura. He said that a bank can stand on a strong structure when the bank can give priority to lending. Therefore, he requested to pay special attention to providing loans, that providing loans should be the primary work of Tripura Grameen Bank. He also advised to give utmost importance to customer service in daily work. He also said that everyone should do the daily work of the bank in such a way that the customer is happy and blessed, only then the bank can rise to the top of success.Every bank employee and officer is asked to work in the bank through motivation. Motivation is helpful in the daily work of the bank. He asked the authorities to bring new digital systems to the bank and look at whether they are working properly. He also expressed concern about the economic instability of the current world and said that now is the time to make the right decision quickly. In the discussion meeting Shri Shishir Kumar Rohatgi, General Manager of the Bank delivered the vote of thanks.
