Modi coming on Thursday (2/9/2018)
BJP General Secretary Ram Madhav today announced that Narendra Modi will address the grand finale of their Tripura poll campaign during his second phase visit on February 15 at Vivekananda stadium here.Modi will also address another mega rally at Shantirbazar of South Tripura before his final address seeking vote for the BJP and IPFT candidates for the election to be held on February 18. Besides, Mr Modi, Finance Minister Arun Jaitely, BJP national president Amit Shah, Union Road and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Aditya Nath will address multiple rallies and hold road shows in different locations of the state in next one week along with 20 more top leaders of the party.Further intensifying attack against Chief Minister Manik Sarkar and left front government of Tripura, Ram Madhav released a chargesheet against the state government and sought reply from CPI(M). The 11 page booklet framed 30 charges against the government that includes 10 major scams and 22 brutal atrocities on women happened in the state in last five years."Manik Sarkar and party colleagues have been raising question on Modi's four years rule at the Centre while he himself is seeking vote without apologizing his misdeed and publishing the report card that people took very seriously and that will lead to the fall of communism in Tripura," Mr Madhav stated. He asked Sarkar and his party to reply the charges framed against them before the day of poll. The BJP general secretary alleged that CPI(M) is restored to terror tactics across the state with the help of some officers and police. The party has today lodged specific complaints to Chief Secretary against some returning officers for favouring left front directly and misusing central paramilitary forces for the political purpose of CPM."We are assuring the voters that BJP cadres will not allow any kind of unruly act of CPI(M) during elections and BJP will hold election as per schedule where people will vote with any fear," he added.
