Bijan criticizes demand for PR by BJP (11/30/2017) 
Perplexed by the demand for imposition of Presidents Rule in the state CPI(M) secretary Bijan Dhar termed it as totally undemocratic. It may be mentioned here that soon after calling on Governor Tathagata Roy with this demand state BJP observer Sunil Deodhar told reporters at a press meet that in the aftermath of the killing of Gaurhari Malsoom in Atharabhola . In the meantime after opening the Anil Sarkar memorial bridge Mr Sarkar appealed to one and all to make sure that those who are conspiring to create trouble in the state are thrown to the dustbin in the coming elections. Biplab Deb also went to Atharabhola and said that Manik Sarkar has no right to remain in office after the gruesome murder today.
