The returnees have embraced the normal life after the tripartite pact between the Union government, State government and the returnees. After the short speeches of the MP and the Deputy Chief Minister both hailing the decision of the returnees and praising the Union government for assistance, the Chief Minister has delivered his speech. Our motto is sabka saath, sabka vikash, sabka biswas. And at this point I heartily welcome the returnees. I want to assure them that we will work in unison fro betterment of life and living. We will work to materialize the dreams of Maharaja Bir Bikram to make the state a model one. And we should work tirelessly. I also assure that. by 2023 all the roads in the ADC area will be black topped. And at this historic moment I want to convey my gratitude to the Union Home Minister Amit Shah, former Home Minister Rajnath Singh and all the agencies, bureaucrats who have acted tirelessly".Among others Additional Chief Secretary Kumar Alok, DGP Rajiv Singh have been present among others.
