Subal left all by himself (4/11/2019)
In a vindictive move aimed against CM cum BJP president Biplab Deb , Subal Bhowmik had left BJP. This was done , according to sources , following the instigation of a member of state cabinet and lots of allurements of PCC president in addition to monetary benefits. He also got Congress nomination in a platter. But never in his wildest dreams did he realize that he will be waging a single handed battle. From holding a midnight dharna in front of DGP office to holding a press meet in Congress bhavan all by his own it was clear that PCC president had ditched him. Nowhere to be seen were the likes of Gopal Roy, Birajit Sinha, his followers like YC president Sushanta Chakraborty or Sevadal chief Nityagopal Rudrapaul. Only at the last moment Pijush Biswas came by his side at the press meet. At the end of it all it was clear that Subal despite some temporary financial benefits must be regretting his decision to leave the BJP.
