Biplab has word of advice for opposition (9/9/2018) 
Ahead of the 12 hour bandh call in the state by Congress from 5 AM to 5 PM tomorrow chief minister Biplab Deb stated today ruled out any chances of bringing down taxes on petroleum products in the state.
